   <Lab Introduction>
   The main research content of the CRM laboratory is applying AI tools including machine learning and deep learning to large-scale
   sales or transaction data in various industries (such as retail, biomedical, semiconductor, and smart electronics, etc.) to help companies
   understand customer profiles, and continuously improve and manage the relationship with customers. The software used in this
   laboratory includes SAS Viya, IBM Modeler, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, etc., aiming to cultivate talents for
   various types of data analysis.
