   研究室介紹:
   服務行銷與管理研究室的工作涵蓋各種類型組織(跨國公司、中小企業、社會企業、第三部門等)的行銷管理,包括其中的員工以及與之
   互動的消費者或公民。 我們的研究也跨越公司以外的組織和部門的網絡、供應商、消費者和技術,以及研究市場的趨勢、 利益關係者之
   間的互動、開發新產品服務和流程、創新所帶來的消費者行為衝擊等。 研究主題如數位行銷、共享經濟、碳捕獲儲存管理以及可持續性。
   在此過程中,我們旨在了解業務管理運營,並提供創新解決方案和分析視角以提升消費者體驗。
