   研究室介紹：
   顧客關係管理實驗室的主要研究內容為應用機器學習及深度學習等AI工具於各類產業(如零售、生醫、半導體及智慧電子等)之大型銷售
   或交易資料，以協助企業掌握顧客輪廓，並持續改善、管理企業與顧客之關係。本實驗室使用的軟體有SAS Viya、IBM Modeler、
   Google Analytics、Tableau、Power BI、Python、R等，旨在培育各類型資料分析之人才。
